Along with Envision, Dana owns a family of companies equipped to handle each step of the real estate investing process. After learning real estate investing as a COO for a company that flipped hundreds of houses, he started DKL Holdings. He has seen this family of companies grow over the last 7 years and now manages over $10m in a mix of private & commercial capital. He has accumulated over $14m in real estate assets and has helped other investors buy, rehab and build over $12m in assets. He has a genuine passion and desire to supply attainable housing to help break the cycle of generational poverty. Before real estate investing, Dana spent 14 years serving as a pastor.  He is married with 3 children.

Blake Anderson, Partner

Blake has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with 15 years as a licensed general contractor.  As a true entrepreneur, Blake has a gift for seeing the way forward. He enjoys building businesses and creating systems that serve people well. Blake is passionate about helping people get to the next level in whatever it is they are pursuing–whether it be an investor wanting to build a real estate portfolio, a business trying to scale their operations, or an individual striving to succeed in life. Blake gives back by offering a weekly success class called Increase as well as by serving on the worship and core teams at his church. He and his wife, Hope, have been married for 17 years and have two children, Miles, 12, and Eden Rose, 10. Ultimately, Blake’s mission is to help people move from suffering to success.

Our administration team knows real estate investing inside and out. Our experienced construction team is well organized for quick turnarounds and operates with full transparency. Our volume allows us to have a lean, low cost structure, and most of our vendors and partners give us volume discounts that we pass on to our clients. Our property management partners are top notch and work extremely well with our asset management team.  Finally, we have multiple licensed real estate agents on our team to help sell properties when that time comes.
